We share personal information only as needed to run our store:

• Shopify, which provides our product catalogue, cart and checkout.
• Payfast, which processes payments.
• Lovable, which hosts this website and stores account and enquiry information, and processes product finder requests.
• Couriers, who receive your name, delivery address and contact details to deliver your order.

We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website uses essential browser storage to remember your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and, if you sign in, your session. Shopify checkout and Payfast may use their own cookies when you check out, under their own policies.

Optional referral tracking by our affiliate partner UpPromote loads only after you allow it, usually when you arrive through a Courtside ambassador link. It is used to credit the selected ambassador for your visit and any resulting purchase. With your permission, UpPromote sets referral cookies in your browser, some lasting up to 30 days and others up to 365 days, and processes the stored referral identifier and your Shopify cart reference for attribution. We share only that cart reference. A Shopify cart reference can be used to view and change that cart, so we send it only after you allow tracking, and we never share the separate private code this website uses to protect changes to your cart. UpPromote handles this information under its privacy policy.

You can decline, or change your choice at any time, using Referral tracking choices in the website footer. Declining does not prevent you from shopping. Your choice is stored in this browser, so how tracking behaves also depends on your browser settings.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

Under POPIA you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to its processing. To make a request, email hello@courtside.co.za. If you have an account, you can also update or delete it from your account settings.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
