Shipping Policy

We deliver within South Africa only.

Standard delivery costs R150 for orders up to and including R3,500. Delivery is free on orders strictly above R3,500. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders with payment confirmed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Our standard delivery window is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We use trusted couriers, including The Courier Guy. The courier used for your order may vary.

Delivery can occasionally be delayed by weather, high order volumes or courier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, email hello@courtside.co.za and we will investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. Address errors may delay delivery or lead to redelivery costs. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Responsibility for delivery problems is determined in line with applicable law.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible. This helps us act quickly and does not cut off your statutory rights.
