Courtside is an authorised reseller of NOX, Babolat and Varlion. We also sell Courtside-branded padel balls.

Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. If you need more detail before buying, contact us.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Courtside is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Checkout is provided by Shopify, and payments are processed by Payfast. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable after you order, we will let you know and offer a refund or cancel the affected item.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Your statutory rights, including the warranty rights given by the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, apply to every purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Courtside remains responsible for its obligations under applicable South African law.
